1. In a bowl add butter and powder sugar and mix well until smooth.
2. Now add refined flour,gram flour,custard powder,baking powder mix it well.
3. In a small portion add cocoa powder and keep a side.
4. Now make shape of teddy bear with mould.
5. Place all cookies in a greased baking dish make eyes and mouth shape with choco mixture.
6. Place baking dish into preheated microwave at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Remove from microwave and cool completely.
